Immij Building Solutions rates vary dependent on the size of your job.

Smaller jobs take more time commensurate to value of the job, so the rates for smaller jobs reflect this.

As the jobs get bigger, they become more economical time wise to estimate.

Larger jobs however generally are more in depth & have more detail etc to account for.

The time to estimate these jobs can be substantially more, therefore the rates for these jobs are higher.

As all builders work on different margins & Owner Builders don’t work with a margin at all…

ALL pricing is based on the estimated cost of the build Excluding Margin & GST.

·         Min Charge = $250 + gst.

·         Up to $32,500 – the greater of $250 or 1.00% of cost + gst.

·         Up to $65,000 – the greater of $350 or 0.82% of cost + gst.

·         Up to $250,000 – the greater of $530 or 0.38% of cost + gst.

·         Up to $1,000, 000 – the greater of $1,200 or 0.50% of cost + gst.

·         No drawing file surcharge $100 + gst.

WHAT Immij Building Solutions require from you:

·         CAD drawing file (DWG, DXF, SKF etc).

·         PDF drawings (to scale).

·         PHOTOS – A link to a dropbox or a USB.

As many photo’s as possible.

Try to walk through in a methodical manner, from the front of the site, throughout the house, inside each room from all different directions, doors, door handles, windows, photo’s with a tape measure to show the sizes of skirting, architraves, cornice, floor boards etc to ensure we price for the closest possible match, around the site, the roofline, eaves, gable ends, roof tile finials, heights from floor level to ground level.

Too many photos are never enough, a photo can tell a thousand words & could save a costly site visit.
